Dan Johnston, PT, OCS, CSCS, CMP
Dan Johnston, PT, OCS, CSCS, CMP, is a licensed physical therapist who has been working in Ventura County for 5 years. He earned his Master's degree, with distinction, from California State University, Northridge and has continued his studies since graduation. He is board certified as an Orthopedic Clinical Specialist and has become a Certified Mulligan Practitioner.
Additionally, Mr. Johnston has become a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. This combination of certifications and studies has created a blend of skills that Mr. Johnston uses to guide the interventions he uses for his patients. Beyond the educational aspects of Mr. Johnston's career, he has earned the respect of many local patients and physicians.
His technique is a balance of technical skill and a personal approach. He has focused his career on the treatment of patients with orthopedic, vestibular and balance problems as well as those with headaches and dizziness.
It is his strong belief that therapy will be most effective and appreciated in a setting that respects the needs of the patients while providing an environment that is relaxed and personal. He is furthering his studies in the areas of vestibular rehabilitation and post surgical rehabilitation. He also thrives on learning the latest and most advanced techniques available.
Mr. Johnston and his wife Cheryl, a native of Camarillo, have two young children, Andrew and Emma. He is also an active Camarillo Chamber member. The family plans to stay in Ventura County and cultivate this practice into an outstanding member of the community.
